Application of the public-private partnership formula in thermomodernization projects of public buildings in Poland in the years 2009–2020

Motivation: For over ten years, Poland has observed a systematic use of the public-private partnership (PPP) formula in implementation investment projects. Local government units are particularly active this area. One self-government’s own tasks is management municipal property, including public utility buildings. The such tasks, accordance with European Commission’s recommendations, should be conducted cooperation between local unit and private entity under partnership.
 Aim: aim study to assess market context thermomodernization projects facilities years 2009–2020.
